This joyful, sensory-rich class invites toddlers and caregivers to dance, sing, and play together in a warm, supportive space. Each session includes the BrainDance—a playful series of developmental movement patterns that support healthy brain and body development—and creative exploration through music, instruments, and props. As toddlers grow in coordination, body awareness, and confidence, caregivers move with them, nurturing connection and sharing in the wonder of discovery. Caregiver participation required.

Celebrate movement, imagination, and connection in this lively class for preschoolers and their caregivers. Each session features the BrainDance and introduces dance concepts through music, props, obstacle courses, circle dances, and creative play. Children develop movement skills, deepen body awareness, and gain confidence as they explore and express themselves. Caregivers move alongside their children, fostering attuned interaction and strengthening their relationship through play. Caregiver participation required.
